CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND POLICY

CEE 111 has a no-refund policy. 

No service or product is eligible for refund. All sales are final. 

No refunds will be issued if you do not like your service/subliminal for any reason or if you find it not accurate/not effective on you. 

No cancellations of coaching services are allowed, although rescheduling until 24 hours before the original date is allowed. If it passes these 24 hours, your session will be marked as an absence and, therefore, not illegible for a refund. 

I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through my website.

 

Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal (EU-based)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium where the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once the download link has been made available to you, you forfeit your right of withdrawal. This applies regardless of whether you have accessed or downloaded the content at the time of the request.

We maintain records of order fulfilment, including the date and time at which download links are issued and accessed. These records may be used in the event of a dispute.

No refunds will be issued for digital products once the download link has been delivered, except where required by applicable law in cases of defective or misdescribed goods.
